	It is difficult to discuss because each site is different.  We are a small community and we do not have as many people as a large city.  I am not sure I would have much to offer.

	And we are a larger district and we are still struggling to staff our 10 sites. We are still not fully staffed. My 5 FT staff (including myself) are pretty burnt out but we are maintaining.

	Our staffing has also started to slowly get better, but I'm still concerned that we aren't going to hit our grant attendance requirements because we still don't have enough staff fulfill that need.  Vic- maybe you have some guidance on that?  Are we looking at being in a position where we have to give dollars back because we don't reach those goals??

	we have included a mini staff get together during lunch with the focus on PD's - SEL, Literacy and STEM.  We provide a snack and a ask  staff to bring their own goodies to share.  this is a positive interaction with our team.  They look forward in getting together.  how to encourage staff to stay the course.
