01:27:06	Vic Jaras:	Revisit Harry Wong's The First Days of School.   I used this with high school at risk students but modified it by creating in class student assistants.  Students LOVE to help in the classroom.  It can make your job much easier.  I have used this with MS and elementary students and never had any problems.  Have a few jobs for kids and rotate so everyone gets a chance to participate.
